Duties
• Assisting with food preparation like washing, chopping, and weighing ingredients.
• Help the Chefs run the kitchen efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace,
adhering to food safety standards at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives, mixers, and ovens.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment within the dietary department.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required..
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various foods.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• The ability to follow a recipe and instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Workdays—Tuesdays - Sunday
Hours—10 am to 3 pm
